Assistant Financial Controller

Radisson Blu is seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Assistant Financial Controller to support the Finance function within a 5-star luxury resort environment, ensuring strong financial controls, statutory compliance, and accurate financial reporting in line with Radisson Hotel Group standards.

Responsibilities

Support month-end close, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations; Assist with statutory compliance (PAYE, VAT, NAPSA, NHIMA, etc.); Support internal controls, stock counts, audits, and brand compliance; Assist with treasury, AR/AP, payroll oversight, and cost control processes; Act in the Financial Controller’s role when required

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications & Experience; ZICA Licentiate/CA or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance; Must be a Registered Member of ZICA (in good standing); Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Assistant Financial Controller or similar role within a hotel / resort environment; Proven hands-on experience with hospitality finance systems, including:; Oracle MICROS Simphony; OPERA PMS; Materials Control; Sage Accounting; Sage Payroll systems
