Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high-quality service and product standards; Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cost control; Train and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment; Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies; Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally; Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities; Contribute to achieving store performance targets and growth objectives; Collaborate with the General Manager to improve overall store efficiency and profitability; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both customers and employees

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or older; Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check; Dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance; Strong leadership skills and a desire to lead and develop people; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities; Problem-solving and decision-making skills; Basic computer proficiency; Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service; Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Previous experience in food service or retail management
