Assistant Manager (1475) - Jackson, TN

As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for assisting with all store operations during your shift.

Responsibilities

Assisting with all store operations during your shift; Cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations; Setting the example and following all policy and procedures 100% of the time; Assisting the General Manager with staffing and scheduling, general administrative duties, maintenance scheduling and reporting; Safely operating all equipment; Stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler; Preparing product to Domino’s standards; Receiving and processing telephone orders; Taking inventory and completing associated paperwork; Making deliveries or assisting on the makeline if necessary; Cleaning equipment and facility approximately daily; Performing other job-related duties as necessary to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older; Must be able to pass a background check; Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report); Must possess good navigational skills; Must be able to read and follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area; Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products if necessary; Must possess the ability to follow directives; Must possess the ability to perform repetitive tasks; Must possess the ability to work alone and well with others; Must possess the ability to work well under stress; Must possess the ability to meet strict quality control standards; Must possess the ability to provide excellent customer service; Must possess the ability to analyze and compile data; Must possess the ability to make good judgements and decisions; Must possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, the ability to communicate verbally with customers to process orders both over the phone and in person, and the ability to successfully communicate with co-workers in a manner that is professional and respectful at all times.
