Assistant Manager

The Beehive has recently undergone an investment and we are looking to recruit an additional assistant manager. As Senior Assistant Manager, you'll be at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example making sure our Customers, and teams, have a great time.

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence; Bring the brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for customers; Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development; Be a champion of brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times

Requirements

Passionate about delivering amazing experiences for customers; Great communication and leadership skills; An ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift; A keen eye for detail and a desire to uphold high standards; Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls
