Assistant Vice President

Our client is a leading private credit platform focused on providing financing solutions to middle-market businesses. The firm works closely with private equity sponsors to support buyouts, refinancings, and growth capital needs across a wide range of industries.

Responsibilities

Provide analysis, financial modeling, and internal reporting to support the company’s financial performance; Participate and support sensitivity analyses for new and existing business functions and product lines; Collaborate closely with PM’s to monitor and track the performance of funds ensuring accurate and timely reporting; Work with accounting team to understand financial trends, performance of variance analysis, and other financial reporting projects; Create new and enhance existing internal financial reports; Review external financial metrics included in marketing, investor, and other external communications; Approval of all asset management marketing pitches and investor presentations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; 4-8 years of related FP&A experience; Experience at an asset manager required

Nice to have

CPA or CFA preferred; Experience using financial modeling software’s such as OneStream preferred
