Associate, Performance

Responsibilities

Manage campaign implementation and collaborate with media owners, agency partners, planners, and internal buying teams to ensure all deliverables are launched accurately and on time across multiple markets; Execute digital campaigns across media platforms including social, display, video, search, mobile, and programmatic channels; Primarily manage and optimize campaigns on TikTok and Meta platforms, with additional exposure to LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, or other emerging channels; Support managers on full-funnel campaign planning and activation strategies across awareness, consideration, conversion, and eCommerce objectives; Implement campaign activities for established global brands across multiple markets; Provide actionable insights during mid and post-campaign reporting to support in-flight optimizations and future campaign recommendations; Apply knowledge of media landscape and digital channels to understand how media execution integrates into broader communication strategies; Work closely with planners, clients, and internal stakeholders across regional/global markets to ensure clear communication on campaign strategy, timelines, deliverables, and performance updates; Assist the team in all aspects of servicing clients to standards of excellence; Ensure financial processes are followed, including client setup, billing, invoicing, and campaign tracking requirements; Manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality; Keep learning and developing industry knowledge, platform expertise, and understanding of emerging technologies and trends; Any other projects or tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Media & Advertising, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; Strong understanding of digital media platforms, media planning fundamentals, and campaign optimization principles; Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal); Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills; Detail-oriented, meticulous, responsive to deadlines, and able to multitask in a fast-changing environment; Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve; Team player with the ability to receive and provide feedback professionally and collaborate effectively across teams; Passionate about digital media, technology, and evolving industry trends; Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability in execution; Ability to clearly communicate media recommendations, campaign performance, and platform capabilities to planners, clients, and internal stakeholders

Nice to have

Experience in Digital Marketing, Paid Social, Performance Marketing, or relevant internship programs; Hands-on experience with TikTok and Meta campaign execution across full-funnel objectives (strongly preferred); Experience with DV360, Google Ads, Campaign Manager 360, or other programmatic/ad tech platforms (a plus)
