Role Summary

We are seeking qualified individuals to join units in Tax and Legal Team as Associates;

Responsibilities

Business Tax; International Tax; M&A; Transfer Pricing; GES Mobility Tax; BPS Accounting; Tax Accounting – Assist in the calculation of monthly employee payroll taxes and social security based on applicable laws, identification of risks, and completion of reporting documents.; Compliance & Reporting – Assist in the preparation and filing of individual tax returns by incorporating employee remuneration and its tax treatment.; Tax Advisory & Consulting - Understand employee mobility issues and apply to existing client scenarios when preparing client tax returns.; Work effectively with other team members to manage engagements with clients.; Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements

Must have graduated from a recognized University in Ghana or overseas with a minimum of second class upper in a related field.; 1 year relevant experience in a similar role.; Clients’ service driven with exceptional interpersonal skills; Excellent research and analytical skills; Good logical reasoning, problem solving and analytical skills; Excellent writing, oral and presentation skills; Proficiency in the use of computer packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint..etc
