Associate Vice President, Marketplace and Partnerships, India

Responsibilities

Lead the growth and development of Addressable TV solutions across the North region, driving adoption and strengthening market presence; Develop and implement regional growth strategies aligned with business objectives and evolving client needs; Partner with clients and internal teams to design data-driven, audience-led advertising solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes; Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, agencies, broadcasters, and strategic partners to foster long-term collaboration; Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing client engagements through strategic planning and consultative partnerships; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Planning, Investment, and Product, to deliver integrated and innovative media solutions; Stay abreast of industry trends, audience insights, and emerging technologies to shape the evolution of Addressable TV offerings; Drive thought leadership by educating clients and stakeholders on the value and capabilities of Addressable TV and advanced advertising solutions; Monitor regional market performance, competitive landscape, and campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities for continuous improvement; Contribute to the overall growth of the Addressable TV business by ensuring high standards of client servicing, solution delivery, and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

7–10 years of experience in advertising, media sales, or digital media; Strong understanding of the media ecosystem with a passion for driving innovation; Proven track record in business development and client relationship management; Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
