Automated Operations Engineer with French

We are now looking for an Automated Operations Engineer to secure technical capability as part of Automated Ops 24/7 running of Services & includes diagnosis, fast domain support, routine resource fulfilment & field technical support. This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels

Responsibilities

Secure technical capability as part of Automated Ops 24/7 running of Services; Diagnosis, fast domain support, routine resource fulfilment and field technical support; Coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities; Ensure services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to SLA performance levels; Support project activities according to internal procedures; Manage and resolve tickets within SLA through proper escalation and coordination; Update technical procedures; Train new team members if assigned; Intervene in incident cases post-configuration; Handle calls from field technicians to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs

Requirements

Excellent understanding of telecommunication networks and networks elements; EVT support experience; Technical expertise across Ericsson or Nokia (RAN) - mandatory; Minim B2 French written and spoken; Fluent English; Solid understanding of operations in a multivendor environment within Managed Services; Collect, classify and interpret information; Perseverance, task orientation, concentration power, interest in documenting and problem solving, practical spirit, informing, helping and developing others, tact, kindness, ambition, self-confidence; Available to work in rotation shifts (only business hours) from Monday to Sunday

Nice to have

RAN Ericsson experience; Basic UNIX knowledge; Understanding of IP/MPLS routing protocols; Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification; Scripting skills (Shell, Perl or others)
