Automotive Parts Interpreter - NAPA Welshpool

If talking cars all day sounds like a good day at work, keep reading. We're on the hunt for an Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our Welshpool team. You'll help customers find the right parts, solve problems and share your automotive know-how, all while working in the heart of one of WA's busiest automotive precincts. Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, levering their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

Interpret parts; Process customer orders; Efficiently dispatch products and parts; Promote specials; Arrange buy ins; Process customer credits; First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone); Contribute to a culture of safety; Receive, dispatch, and put away stock (hands-on role involving lifting, bending, and climbing); Provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers; Assist customers with product information and advice; Problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques

Requirements

Parts interpreting "know how" (Auto transmission/4WD preferred); Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences; Confidence in sharing your 'know how' and ability to communicate your knowledge in a way the customer can understand; Innovate and collaborative approach to work; Solution focused / problem solver; Sound computer skills; Must have a valid driver's license; Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment as part of a high performing team; Conscious of workplace safety at all times
