Bank Support Worker

Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred support and personal care; Create and review support plans with service users; Plan and lead engaging activities; Promote independence and wellbeing; Record and report using internal systems; Liaise with families, professionals, and colleagues; Support volunteers and team members; Ensure health & safety and safeguarding procedures; Drive Guideposts minibus when required

Requirements

Good listener, reliable, enthusiastic, and organised; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Positive attitude toward people with learning disabilities; Willingness to support personal care and plan activities; Able to work flexibly and take initiative; If required to drive for work, Class 1 insurance will be needed; Satisfactory DBS check and references
