Banquet Server/Bartender, Part-Time or On-Call

We are looking for a highly motivated Banquet Servers and Bartenders to join our team! We have part-time positions (8-29 hours per week) and on-call positions (scheduled 100% based on your availability). These positions will help to set up and prepare banquet rooms for banquet functions, serve and bus tables, as well as clear and tear down banquet rooms at the end of the function. In addition, the Banquet Bartender will set up and run banquet bar areas for banquet functions.

Responsibilities

Set up banquet rooms, bars, tables, silverware, napkins, drinks, and centerpieces; Pick up food from back hall and carry trays to function location; Serve food and beverages and clear tables; Bus tables, put away dirty linen and centerpieces, vacuum; Clean back hall and organize storerooms; Prepare condiments, brew coffee, and stock workstations; Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and seats; Provide general property information; Offer warm and sincere welcome/farewell to all guests; Interact with staff in a professional manner; Give the guest the best experience possible by going above and beyond

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills; Ability to stand for long periods of time depending on event requirements; Able to lift 35-50 lbs; Pleasant and helpful personality

Nice to have

Bartending knowledge (if applying for bartender); Six months food and beverage experience
