Banquet Server

In the role of Banquet Server, you will work alongside our current team members to cater events. Candidates should possess an efficient work ethic, a friendly and professional demeanor, and be comfortable being on their feet for several hours at a time.

Responsibilities

Assist with table and meeting space prep before the event; Read and execute all BEO's; Set up display stations and bars, proper food arrangement; Assist with food/buffet preparation before and during the event; Ensure safe food handling guidelines are always followed; Deliver food to the meeting space in a timely manner; Serve plated items to guests and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; Always remain guest focused with the goal being 100% satisfaction and completion of all BEO's; Assist with post-event clean up, inventory, food storage, and tear down; Work as a member of a team, communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient work ethic and overall guest satisfaction

Requirements

Efficient work ethic; Friendly and professional demeanor; Comfortable being on their feet for several hours at a time; Excellent communication skills; Positive attitude and the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with coworkers efficiently and effectively; Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period; Must be able to work under pressure and maintain a courteous demeanor and attitude towards all; Ability to prioritize and multi-task; Ability to easily adapt to organizational and environmental changes; Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays; Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in regulation with company dress code policy; Adhere to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures; Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance; Must be able to stand for extended periods of time; Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
