Bar Prep

Prepare and maintain batched alcoholic products to recipe and quality standards. Support efficient beverage operations through organized production and storage practices. Ensure readiness for service through accurate batching, labeling, and stock levels. Assist with inventory organization, receiving, and product rotation. Maintain compliance with sanitation, safety, and alcohol handling standards. Act as a reliable operational partner to bar leadership and the beverage team.

Responsibilities

Prepare alcoholic beverage batches according to approved recipes, pars, and operational standards; Ensure consistency, accuracy, and product integrity in all batched items; Accurately label, date, organize, and store all prepared products; Assist with inventory counts, receiving, stocking, and rotation procedures; Maintain batching readiness and communicate product needs to support service flow; Uphold cleanliness, organization, food safety, and alcohol handling standards; Assist with transitions, recipe updates, and seasonal beverage program changes; Partner with beverage leadership and bar team to support smooth daily operations

Requirements

Experience working with recipes, measurements, and production sheets; Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment; Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain clean, orderly workspaces; Ability to lift, carry, and move products safely and work on foot for extended periods; Reliable attendance, punctuality, and schedule flexibility required
