Barista Restaurant / Lobby Lounge

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our Food and Beverage team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee and beverages to our guests while maintaining excellent service standards. This role may include weekday, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of coffee and espresso-based drinks to a high standard; Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality; Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders; Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station; Engage warmly with guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations; Handle payments and operate the POS system where required; Assist with stock control and restocking supplies; Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

Nice to have

Previous barista experience; Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art
