The Bartender is responsible for creating high-quality beverages and delivering an engaging and welcoming bar experience. This role plays a key part in guest satisfaction by combining product knowledge, creativity, and excellent service while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and brand standards.; Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive bar experience.; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces.; Ensure proper handling, storage, and stock control of bar supplies.; Recommend beverages, promote specials, and upsell where appropriate.; Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.; Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.; Monitor guest consumption and act responsibly in line with alcohol service policies.; Support bar setup for events and special functions.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel or restaurant environment is preferred.; Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar service techniques.; Excellent communication and customer service skills.; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.; Professional appearance and positive attitude.; Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.; Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
