Behavior Technician

We're looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Behavior Technician to work in Santa Fe, NM! You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA. Whether you're an experienced RBT or have a background in ABA or childcare and are ready to get certified—we'll support you every step of the way with paid training, mentorship, and a caring team environment.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA; Work directly with clients to implement personalized ABA treatment plans; Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support communication and daily living skills; Collect data to track progress and celebrate success; Provide engaging and safe sessions in a supportive environment; Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates; Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA

Requirements

Strong communication and organization skills; Patience, empathy, and commitment to helping others; Comfortable working weekday mornings 9am-11am; Pass background check

Nice to have

Certified RBTs highly encouraged to apply; ABA or childcare experience also welcomed (training pay available while becoming certified)
