- Service Technician II - Developing technician performing work independently.
- Service Technician III - Advanced technician supporting fleet and roadside service.
- Service Technician IV - Senior technician with advanced technical expertise and mentorship responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, repairs, and replacements.; Service commercial truck, fleet, and passenger vehicle tires.; Respond to roadside service calls and customer emergencies.; Conduct inspections and identify tire-related maintenance needs.; Operate service vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.; Deliver exceptional customer service at customer locations and service facilities.; Follow company, DOT, and OSHA safety standards.; Support training and development as you advance within the technician career path

Requirements

Valid driver's license required.; Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.; Tire, automotive, diesel, fleet, or related service experience preferred.; Strong commitment to safety and customer service.; Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work.

Nice to have

Service Technician I: Up to $1,500; Service Technician II: Up to $2,500; Service Technician III: Up to $3,500; Service Technician IV: Up to $4,500; High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of tire service technician experience; CDL License a plus; TIA certification
