Responsibilities

One Branch Manager will be responsible for four Extra Care Schemes: Evelyn Sharp House, Swan Field Court, Fred Millard Court and Silkin Court; the second Branch Manager will oversee three Extra Care Schemes: Bircherley Court, Calton Court and Parkside; responsible for compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders; assume CQC Registered Manager responsibilities

Requirements

efficient, organised and experienced manager; passionate about providing the best in community care; solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to the group’s range of services; good budget, business management and commercial skills
