Responsibilities

Job Description; We are looking for a breakfast/lunch line cook to work approximately; Friday through Tuesday 6am - 2pm; (shifts may end earlier or later depending on business).; The cook will set up the continental breakfast and cook a la carte items on the hot line for breakfast and lunch. They will also assist in putting away food orders, prepping for dinner and cleaning projects when they are free.; Responsibilities; Set up continental breakfast; Cook hot breakfast option; Cook the hot line during lunch; Weekly deep clean; Changing Fryer Oil; Clean up station and take care of leftover food; Put away food order; Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion; Comply with and sanitation regulations and safety standards; Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Requirements

Working level of Kitchen English. Must be able to read tickets and speak to servers about ticket issues; Hot Line Cook experience; Sense of urgency; Familiar with industry’s best practices
