Builder - Forward Deployed Operations (Early Career)

Forward Deployed Generalist is how Reevo comes to life inside a customer's revenue team — from the first day of deployment to a team that can't imagine selling without it. You own that delivery end to end, and the one number you own is time to value. This is a fast-paced, high-mobility role built for a high-slope builder — you move fast, take on more as fast as you can earn it, and there's no ceiling on how far you go. Expect to be deeply embedded with customers, sitting in the messy middle of how revenue teams really work, surfacing process pain points and turning them into a prescriptive deployment that actually sticks.

Responsibilities

Own the deployment end to end — take a customer from signed to a revenue team running its daily motion on Reevo; Configure Reevo to how they actually sell — reason from first principles about how each customer generates revenue and set up pipelines, stages, fields, workflows, and reporting; Handle the technical glue — wire up integrations (lead forms, webhooks, quick data syncs) with a bit of scripting and partner with Forward Deployed Software Engineers; Own the data migration — map, import, and QA the customer's data; Drive adoption — get users into the product, run training, and remove reasons a rep hasn't logged in; Make the next one faster — turn every deployment into a repeatable playbook and every successful customer into a reference

Requirements

High-slope: hire for slope, not intercept — how fast you climb matters more than what you already know; Customer-first implementer: genuinely care whether the customer's business wins — not just whether the go-live checklist is done; Prescriptive advisor: tell customers what good looks like and guide them to it; Technically fearless: comfortable in spreadsheets and light scripting today, want to learn SQL, APIs, and integrations fast; Curious builder: driven to improve systems, find efficiencies, and get more technical over time; New grad or ~0–3 years of experience; any major; Comfortable with data and an appetite to get technical (SQL, APIs, light scripting); Consultative instincts — diagnose what a customer needs and prescribe a setup; Willingness to be on-site in San Francisco and travel regularly to customer sites
