Business Manager

This role will allow you to apply your people skills and management experience to create opportunities to place people with a disability into employment.

Responsibilities

Create opportunities to place people with a disability into employment; Empower and motivate a team of Employment Consultants to drive the very best outcomes for job seekers who have a disability; Provide regular training and mentoring to support team members to hit their KPIs; Lead by example by engaging with job seekers to provide tailored employment services; Read and interpret data, form local business relationships and plan for future success; Solve complex issues as they arise

Requirements

Management experience; Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills; People leadership exposure and/or understanding; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal); Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments; Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment; Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders; Eligibility to meet legislative requirements for clearance to work in the Employment Services programs; Eligibility to work in Australia; Current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle; Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check; Ability to secure a Working with Children Safely Card
