Business Process Enablement Leader

We’re looking for a Process Enablement Leader to join our Business Partnering & Process team and play a key role in driving digital transformation across our global operations. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring that processes are clearly defined, optimized, and successfully embedded into digital solutions across multiple platforms and regions. This is a high-impact position where you’ll work across global teams, influence how we deliver digital solutions, and directly contribute to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes (current & future state); Identify process gaps and translate business needs into functional requirements, epics, and user stories; Collaborate with Product Owners, IT teams, and stakeholders to design and implement technology solutions; Support Agile and waterfall delivery models, from discovery to deployment; Participate in testing (SIT/UAT), validation, and go-live activities; Drive change management, training, and adoption across the business; Work on multiple concurrent projects and ensure alignment across global regions and teams; Collaborate across business, IT, and international stakeholders

Requirements

5+ years of experience in business process management / process design; Strong experience in process mapping and documentation; Solid understanding of lead-to-cash, finance, and marketing processes; Ability to translate business processes into system requirements and user stories; English is a must; Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities; Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to have

Experience with SAP; Salesforce CRM; Exposure to Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies; German/French is an advantage
