Responsibilities

Prepare suites and villas and fulfil guest preferences before arrival; Welcome guests, escort them to their rooms and explain Butler services; Deliver daily amenities and provide in-suite Food & Beverage service; Assist with departures, packing and unpacking of guest belongings; Maintain guest profiles and preferences to create tailored experiences; Anticipate guest needs, handle requests and coordinate with relevant departments; Guide and supervise Assistant Butlers and Trainees while following hotel standards and procedures

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent qualification; Fluent in spoken and written English; Excellent communication and guest service skills; Good knowledge of food products, standard recipes and food preparation; Good computer skills and ability to use hotel systems and software; Ability to handle challenging situations, work under pressure and remain professional; Strong negotiation, upselling and telephone skills
