BWC Service Technician

We're excited to welcome a motivated Bottled Water Cooler Field Service Technician to join our team at Culligan! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing excellent service to our valued customers and ensuring their water treatment systems are in perfect working order. This is a great opportunity to join our field operations team and start a career at Culligan. Responsibilities

Complete all scheduled activities for service, repair, maintenance and exchange of Bottled Water Coolers; Ensure scheduled cleaning/repairs are completed daily; Document all sanitisation activities and report complete jobs via handheld device; Report any potential failures; Replenish the van once a week at our site in Hemel Hempstead

Requirements

A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points; Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively; Strong hands on experience & DIY skills; Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
