You'll build a relationship and routine with your clients to support them to live with well-being in their own homes.

Responsibilities

Building relationships and routines with clients to support their well-being; Providing companionship; Supporting with personal care; Helping with mobility and staying active; Assisting with medication or specialist needs; Helping around the home with housekeeping and cooking; Running errands such as shopping or picking up prescriptions

Requirements

Full UK driving licence; Own car; Smartphone; Warm, patient and compassionate; Positive 'can do' attitude; Keen to make a genuine difference to clients' lives
