Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, person-centred care and companionship in clients' own homes.; Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting where required.; Assist with meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and other daily living activities.; Build meaningful relationships with clients, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.; Follow and contribute to personalised care plans tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences.; Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.; Maintain accurate and timely care records, reporting any changes in a client's health or wellbeing.; Travel between clients' homes to provide scheduled care visits.

Requirements

A compassionate, caring nature with a genuine desire to support others.; Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English.; A full UK driving licence.; Access to a reliable vehicle for travelling between client visits.; Consistent weekly availability, including some evenings and/or weekends.; If you're someone with patience, kindness, and a big heart, we'd love to hear from you.; We'll teach you everything else.

Nice to have

Previous experience in home care, domiciliary care, healthcare, or a similar caregiving role.; Knowledge of person-centred care and care planning.
