Care Assistant

You will support a gentleman living with locked-in syndrome and type 2 diabetes by providing companionship, personal care and assistance with daily household tasks. Your role will involve helping him maintain a comfortable, engaging and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Support a gentleman living with locked-in syndrome and type 2 diabetes; provide companionship; personal care; assistance with daily household tasks; help maintain a comfortable, engaging and supportive environment

Requirements

Access to a vehicle; driver with access to a car; able to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week; able to work a shift every other weekend

Nice to have

Experience with catheter care; bowel management; medication administration
