Unlike hospital or residential care, community homecare is all about enabling vulnerable adults to remain safely and happily in the place they love most—their own homes! You won't just be ticking off tasks; you'll be building relationships, providing vital companionship, and helping people maintain their dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

Enabling vulnerable adults to remain safely and happily in their own homes; building relationships; providing companionship; assisting with daily personal routines; helping people maintain dignity and independence; supporting clients in the local community; travel between clients

Requirements

Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle; right to work within the UK; compassion; communication skills; problem-solving skills; commitment to respectful, high-quality care; resilience; eagerness to learn

Nice to have

At least 6 months of social care experience
