Responsibilities

Address technical issues, resolve partner requests, and optimize operations on the Insider platform; Manage technical relationships, ensuring seamless support and success for partners; Master communication and problem-solving to deliver top-tier experiences; Work with Customer Success Managers to provide smooth, impactful solutions; Gather insights from partners to help improve our product; Meet SLAs with speedy response times and resolution skills

Requirements

Dynamic team player passionate about tech and customer success; 2+ years in B2B environments or a consulting firm; Knowledge in e-commerce or CRM systems; Excellent written and verbal English skills; Based in Istanbul (on-site)
