Responsibilities

Address technical issues, resolve partner requests, and optimize operations on the Insider platform; Manage technical relationships, ensuring seamless support and success for partners; Master communication and problem-solving to deliver top-tier experiences; Work with Customer Success Managers to provide smooth, impactful solutions; Gather insights from partners to help improve our product; Meet SLAs with speedy response times and resolution skills

Requirements

Customer-Facing Experience: 2+ years in B2B environments or a consulting firm; Account Management Expertise: Knowledge in e-commerce or CRM systems; Communication Pro: Excellent written and verbal English skills; Location: Based in Istanbul (on-site); Interest in digital and technology

Familiarity with Insider tools is a big plus
