Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with colleagues and community health and social care professionals; Support the day-to-day supervision of staff and oversee care provided; Deliver high-quality, person-centred care; Champion residents’ independence using expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan

Requirements

Passionate about supporting others by providing exemplary care; Share the core values: we care completely, we collaborate proactively, we act with integrity, we pursue better, we make it happen; Previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings; Enhanced DBS check required; Able to work flexible shifts across Monday to Sunday
