Chef de Partie - City of London

We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the Benugo Hospitality team at the prestigious Nomura offices in the heart of the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic kitchen delivering high-quality hospitality, events, and fine dining experiences in a corporate setting. The role at Nomura offers a great working environment, sociable hours, and a genuine work-life balance. The site operates Monday to Friday, daytime – no weekends. The successful candidate will also have flexibility to work occasional evening events, with overtime available.

Responsibilities

Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling; General cleaning duties; Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times

Requirements

Experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen; Attention to detail; Passion for food; Flexibility to work occasional evening events
