Chef de Partie – International

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team, specializing in Room Service and Breakfast operations .

Responsibilities

Prepare and present high-quality breakfast and room service dishes with consistency and creativity.; Ensure efficient mise en place and smooth service during early shifts.; Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation.; Work closely with the Sous Chef to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service delivery.; Support menu development for breakfast and in-room dining offerings.; Train and guide junior team members when required.; In charge of the breakfast and IRD operation

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a hotel or upscale restaurant.; Strong background in breakfast and room service operations .; Knowledge of Asian and International cuisine is a plus.; Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.; Positive attitude and team spirit.
