Chef de Partie - Science Museum

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Science Museum London. Our catering outlets are open 7 days a week to serve our customers freshly made lunches such as sandwiches, pizzas, salads and cakes. Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills.

Responsibilities

Supervision of food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling; Team leadership and coaching; General food prep, cooking and cleaning duties; Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times

Requirements

Experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen
