Responsibilities

🌱 What You’ll Be Doing as Chef De Partie:; Manages and operates a designated section to an exceptional standard.; Prepares, cooks, and presents dishes in line with SOURCE’s culinary standards and ethos.; Supports senior chefs with menu development and daily kitchen operations.; Trains, guides, and supports junior team members.; Contributes to a positive, professional, and collaborative working environment.; Upholds the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.; Collaborates with the whole restaurant team and supports the senior team to enable smooth kitchen operations.
