Responsibilities

Ensures that all standardized recipes are utilized and followed by all culinary team members, and oversees ordering, inventory, and food controls.; Adheres to all culinary standards and guidelines in preparation and methods of production, and maintains and sets sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards.; Assists with maintaining a solution-oriented work environment through motivation and engagement, and helps in the training and development of colleagues.

Requirements

Graduate of a degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline an asset.; Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a luxury hotel and kitchen operations.; Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.; Strong working knowledge on food safety and sanitation, food preparation and cooking methods.
