We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Events By Benugo. Events By Benugo at ZSL London Zoo is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team. Our team at ZSL delivers fine dining events to a host of sites in and around Central London, as well events held here at ZSL.

Responsibilities

Food preparation; Stock rotation and food labelling; General cleaning duties; Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time

Requirements

Experience working in a fast-paced high end events led kitchen; Ability to consistently deliver exceptional results in keeping with a fine dining experience; Experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen
