Responsibilities

As a Chef de Rang (Waiter / Waitress) in our Awarding Winning French Brasserie i.e. Couqley, you will work with your team to create unforgettable experiences for the guests.; Ensures the guests are attended to i.e. presents menus, helps with recommendations, receives orders, places orders and handles payments.; Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality

Requirements

Service focused personality is essential; Previous experience in a similar role in a fine dining / stand alone restaurant is a must.; Good Beverage Knowledge is preferred.; Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
