Civil Foreman

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to the crew from the beginning of a project through completion, ensuring safety and quality standards, budget, and timelines are met; Review documentation with the crew to prepare for the build, assemble the necessary materials, and determine the required installation methods; Supervise the tracking of all on-site inventory and materials; Collect, review, and submit all on-site closeout documentation per the deliverable timelines; Training crew members on proper safety/quality standards to align with CCDP (Crew Career Development Program); Verify that the crew members have proper certifications and skillsets to perform the scope of work; Maintain issued equipment and report deficiencies as needed; Submit daily reports on-site progress with any potential schedule delays and or needed / missing materials

Requirements

Advanced knowledge of installation methods with raw land construction, tower foundations, rebar installation, site layouts, road construction, conduit installation, and ground rings; 1-3 years supervisory experience; Computer proficient; Ability to operate mini-x, skid steers, and other heavy equipment as needed; Strong verbal communication skills; Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to the schedule set forth; Highly organized and detail-oriented; Ability to motivate, lead, teach, and train on proper work and safety procedures; High school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education; Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing; Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Company requirements; Must be in good physical condition; Ability to travel away from home, including weekends; Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
