Claims Operations Delegated Authority Analyst

Reporting to the Claims Operations Manager, the Claims Operations Delegated Authority Analyst will work with the Company Claims Adjusters to provide support in the management of global Delegated Claims Administrators (DCA’s).

Responsibilities

Supporting the onboarding of new DCAs in accordance with Antares due diligence process; To be responsible for the ongoing due diligence of existing DCAs; Assist the Company Claims Adjusters with the negotiation of services, contracts, and service level agreements for new DCAs to be appointed by the Company; Gathering KPI data and generating MI reports for claims monitoring purposes

Requirements

Current knowledge of the evolving insurance industry with focus on delegated claims; Claims experience

Nice to have

Degree, or equivalent; Familiarity with Consumer Duty requirements; Knowledge of delegated claims practices
