Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.

Responsibilities

Manage a cleaning team; Recruit and develop staff; Maintain excellent service standards for delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning; Ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules; Follow correct Health & Safety procedures; Provide technical training as required; Distribute uniforms; Monitor standard of cleanliness and use of materials; Order stocks; Deal with issues efficiently and professionally; Refer to line manager where appropriate

Requirements

Experienced Cleaning Supervisor; Previous supervisory and cleaning experience; Good communication skills; Reliable and hardworking; Professional attitude; Ability to work to a schedule on own initiative
