Responsibilities

Starting Hiring Rate: $25.09/hr plus $2/hr shift differential; Shift: 7pm-7am, 2-2-3 rotation; Key Responsibilities; Machine Operation & Setup: Lead setups, product changeovers, and program production sequences for optimal productivity.; Troubleshooting & Controls: Monitor meters, gauges, temperatures, and pressures; systematically diagnose machine malfunctions to find root-cause solutions.; Quality & Safety: Perform routine quality tests using standard measuring devices; safely load/unload raw materials and finished products while strictly adhering to safety policies and PPE requirements.; Collaboration: Actively support preventative maintenance (PMs), participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, standard work), and collaborate with team members to hit department goals.

Requirements

Required: High school diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience. Commitment to safety as a core value.; Preferred: 2+ years of skilled labor experience demonstrating strong mechanical aptitude.; Comfortable using computer applications and ERP systems.; Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a track record of high-quality work.; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically and work designated shift hours plus reasonable overtime.
