Cocktail Server

As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for, serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by taking food and beverage orders, retrieving and serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest's tables according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Take food and beverage orders; Retrieve and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guests' tables according to hotel specifications; Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, prices, preparation methods, ingredients, and quality standards; Strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving; Understand and anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly; Maintain positive guest relations at all times; Handle guest complaints following procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction

Requirements

One year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry as a Bartender preferred; Must be of minimum 18 years of age; Superior professional appearance and manner; Good character to work in a fast-paced team; Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs; Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position; Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, and co-workers; Ability to lift up to 30 lbs; Ability to maneuver in a restaurant setting

Nice to have

One year experience as a Bartender in the foodservice/hospitality industry; Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine; Experience at a luxury hospitality property
