The office is located in Melbourne’s CBD, however, we offer flexible working arrangements based on your circumstances. If you have CPV status and minimum 5 years commercial valuation experience, we are looking for a Commercial Property Valuer in Melbourne. Responsibilities

Continually interacting with stakeholders and clients both in person and through expanding software systems

Requirements

Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and principles; Sound written and verbal communication skills; Exceptional deadline and time management skills; Efficient with technologies and information systems; Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills; Willingness to establish solid working relationships within the industry; Ability to 'think outside the box' and assist in developing our business; Passion for property industry; Australian driver's license and own a personal motor vehicle; Federal Police Clearance; Current Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (API); Minimum 5 years CPV experience; CPV accreditation; Minimum 5 years commercial valuation experience
