Commercial Real Estate Solicitor

Jameson Legal is working with a highly regarded South East law firm that is looking to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor at NQ to 2 PQE to join its well-established property team in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and well-resourced team that is widely recognised for the quality of its real estate work. The group forms part of a sizeable real estate practice and works closely with specialist colleagues in construction, environmental and property disputes. The team advises on a broad range of commercial property matters for an impressive and diverse client base, including property companies, investment funds, owner-managed businesses, listed property vehicles and major international organisations. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide variety of commercial real estate work, including development projects, investment acquisitions and disposals, real estate finance matters, and landlord and tenant work for corporate occupiers across retail, office and industrial sectors. The firm places a strong emphasis on early responsibility while providing excellent supervision, training and mentoring to support long term development. Requirements

Newly qualified solicitors through to up to two years' post qualification experience; Strong commercial property exposure during training or early practice
