Complex Carer/Healthcare Assistant- Children's Care

We are seeking Support Workers to provide complex care for children with a range of complex issues, across Gloucestershire. Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care to young children; Be proactive with managing activities & sensory play; Ability to communicate clearly & effectively through verbal & written means; Strong interpersonal skills, along with empathy; Must have a calm demeanour and a playful personality; Maintain clear and accurate care observation records; Must be able to maintain a high level of personal care

Requirements

At least a 1 years’ experience working with Children; Proven experience in Paediatric Complex Care; Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Airmid care team, MDT and family; Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient-focused care; Experience with Tracheostomy, PEG/NG/NJ Feeding, Ventilators, Deep suctioning, Epilepsy (not all essential); Experience with Learning Disabilities
