Compliance Officer (Six figure salary)

My client is a global financial services institution that provides a number of products to clients in over 50 countries around the world.

There is a requirement to strengthen the compliance team in their Luxembourg entity ASAP.

Responsibilities

You will act as the registered Compliance Officer with the CSSF and act as the key point of contact for the CSSF representing the business; You will oversee a broad range of compliance aspects for the Luxembourg entity; Active mitigation of compliance and controlling risks by developing procedures and ensuring these are implemented effectively throughout the business; Reporting to senior stakeholders within the business and developing long term relationships

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience explicitly within the fund management industry; Excellent background of compliance or risk/control; Strong team building skills; Extensive experience within the Luxembourg market; Fluent English. Fluent French preferable
