Concession Stand Lead - RBC Amphitheater

This is a part-time seasonal position at the RBC Amphitheatre in Toronto, Ontario. Employment will last until mid to late October, and the hours will vary weekly. Shifts are commonly on evenings and weekends, with a few full-day events scheduled.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the overall smooth operation of their designated location; Maintaining stock levels and following the necessary ordering procedures when required; Instructing, directing, and supervising all staff working in the designated location to ensure all duties are being performed according to set policies, standards and health and safety, along with maintaining the highest possible customer service standards; Efficiently counting opening and closing inventory; Maintaining all required paperwork such as employee timesheets, temperature control logs, ordering forms, stand sheets, transfer sheets; Conducting pre-event team meetings with employees at the assigned location; Recounting any discrepancies in inventory and submitting completed stand sheets and paperwork

Requirements

Valid Smart Serve; At least 18 years of age; Previous experience supervising employees; Available to work days, evenings and weekends
