Whether arranging exclusive dining experiences, recommending Sydney's hidden gems, or assisting with special requests, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable luxury stays.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalised, luxury service at every guest interaction; Provide expert local recommendations and bespoke itineraries; Coordinate transport, reservations, tours, and special requests; Build meaningful guest relationships and anticipate individual needs; Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience; Uphold Sofitel's luxury standards and service excellence

Requirements

Previous experience in Concierge, Front Office, or luxury hospitality; Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; Strong knowledge of Sydney's dining, entertainment, and attractions; A proactive approach with exceptional organisation and attention to detail; Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays; Full working rights in Australia are required for this role
